Pardon Services is in the business of helping American citizens or/and International visitors that have a criminal record, obtain a waiver, so they can obtain access into Canada. Pardon Services also helps Canadian’s to obtain a waiver for the people with prior criminal history to obtain access to the United States.
The Pardon Services was started by Lucy Perrillo, after she started to realize from a very close friend the difficulties people had crossing the Canadian Borders. Lucy Perrillo has a degree in Law Enforcement and frequently appears as a guest on a radio station.
