Sleep Apnea Treatment

Sleep Apnea is a problem for more people than you think. If not treated, this can lead to possible death. Usually, the Dr. will send you to a sleep clinic so that you can be monitored of your sleep patterns and to see if you are someone that suffers with sleep apnea. If the testing results come back positive, then, a sleep apnea treatment is given to the patient who is best suited to their needs.

Sleep Apnea Treatment one is a device such as “The Silencer” which is used for the treatment of patients suffering from snoring and for mild to moderate sleep apnea. Sleep Apnea Treatment option two, is for people that suffer from severe sleep apnea and the sleep apnea treatment is called Continuous Positive Air Pressure (CPAP). It is important to understand that the sleep apnea treatment is not always the same for all and sometimes it takes a mixture of two different sleep apnea treatments to work on a person. In some cases people have to switch between the two different types of treatment. There are yet others that nothing seems to help.
